New Improvements Nearing Completion at Osseo Stadium
The two-summer capital improvements at Osseo High School’s stadium are almost finished.
Last summer new field turf and visitor bleachers were installed.
This summer the home side bleachers are being replaced along with the pressbox.
The old structures had become unsafe and were not up to code. Osseo Activities Director Bill Quan said the work at John Hansen Stadium at Carl Tonn Field will be complete in time for the Fall sports season.
The Orioles’ varsity soccer teams host Rogers in a doubleheader on Monday, August 28. The Osseo football team’s first home game is scheduled for September 15th against Champlin Park.
