Luce Line Brewing Co. in Plymouth is getting into the coffee business, another way craft breweries are diversifying.
Luce Line will be serving up everything from light roasts and dark roasts to a full line of espresso drinks and iced coffees.
"All the beans were selected. We've put together our own brand," said Tim Naumann, owner of Luce Line Brewing. "We haven't named it yet. We're still working on it. We sort of took the craft idea into coffee and felt like if we're going to do it, we better do it to the Luce Line quality level."
