Sen. Ann Rest, DFL-New Hope, says that the child tax credit enacted in the tax bill last year has helped more than 360,000 children across the state.
"We have in Minnesota the leading tax credit for children and the purpose of which is to really bring Minnesota families, low income families, out of poverty," said Rest. "It is a tax credit that will reduce childhood poverty in Minnesota by a third."
