This week our CCX Sports Spotlight shines on Champlin Park senior baseball and hockey standout Nick Carlson.
Carlson helped the Rebels’ boys hockey team to their third section final ever, where their rally fell short in a 4-3 loss to Rogers in the Section 5AA championship.
This baseball season Carlson is hitting well over .400 for a Rebels team that came into Friday with a 10-5 record.
Carlson will play baseball at Concordia-St. Paul next season.
