Gunshot Goes Through Bedroom Window of Brooklyn Park Apartment
It was a close call early Friday morning for a Brooklyn Park apartment tenant who reported that a gunshot had gone through a bedroom window.
According to Brooklyn Park police, the incident happened shortly before 5:15 a.m. at the Riverview Apartments, located on the 8200 block of West River Road.
Police say the 911 caller heard one shot, which officers determined was fired from outside the complex. The bullet went through a bedroom window.
“Thankfully no one inside the apartment was hit by the bullet,” police said in a news release.
Brooklyn Park police continue to investigate the incident. The shooter was not located Friday morning.
