Maple Grove Softball State Bound
The Maple Grove softball team is state bound after beating Champlin Park 3-0 in the Section 5AAAA final.
It’s the third victory of the season over the Rebels for Maple Grove, and second of the postseason.
Jade Tomashek drove in all three runs for the Crimson.
Ava Dueck pitched a shutout for the Crimson.
Maple Grove will make its 8th state tournament appearance.
