Champlin Park Softball Overpowers Spring Lake Park
The Champlin Park softball team overpowered Spring Lake Park 12-1 in five innings.
The game was a first round matchup in the Section 5AAAA tournament.
Abby Gilk hit two homeruns for the Rebels, and Holly Blaska and Alyssa Blaska also homered.
The Rebels are the second seed in the section.
They face Irondale in round two Wednesday afternoon.
