Champlin Park Softball Falls to LeSueur-Henderson
The Champlin Park softball team ran into a small-school power and lost 11-1 to LeSueur-Henderson Friday.
The Giants are undefeated and ranked second in class AA.
They scored three runs in the first inning and two more in the second to take control.
LSH pitcher Chloe Brandt threw a one-hitter with 15 strikeouts.
Champlin Park’s only hit was a solo homerun by Abby Meads leading off the bottom of the sixth inning.
