Champlin Park Softball Beats Osseo
The Champlin Park softball team broke a 4-4 tie scoring three runs in the top of the seventh inning to defeat Osseo 7-4.
Alyssa Blaska, Abby Meads, and Ashley Liveringhouse all delivered run-scoring hits in the seventh for the Rebels.
Champlin Park built a 4-0 lead before the Orioles tied the game with two runs in both the fifth and sixth innings.
Champlin Park is now 13-5 this season, 10-2 in Northwest Suburban Conference games. The Rebels trail co-conference leaders Blaine and Centennial by one game in the standings.
The Orioles drop to 4-8 overall, 4-7 NWSC.
