Champlin Park Baseball Shuts Out Totino-Grace Behind Rakow Gem
The Champlin Park baseball team beat Totino-Grace 8-0 in the Section 5AAAA tournament Monday.
Junior lefthander Andrew Rakow pitched a gem for the Rebels.
Rakow allowed just two hits and struck out 13 batters.
Champlin Park broke a scoreless tie with a run in the fourth.
They broke it open with five in the fifth.
Champlin Park now meets top seed Maple Grove Wednesday in winner’s bracket play.
