Wayzata Softball Outscored by Edina
The Wayzata softball team was outscored by Edina 13-7 in the Section 6AAAA tournament.
The game was a winner’s bracket contest in round two of the tournament.
Edina scored three runs in the first and one in the second to go ahead.
Wayzata fought back with a three-run third, only to see the Hornets answer with five runs.
Wayzata now faces Armstrong in an elimination game.
