Wayzata Boys Tennis Swept by Blake - CCX Media

Top-seeded Blake swept Wayzata 7-0 in the semifinals of the state boys tennis tournament. The Bears won five of the seven matches in straight sets with the Trojans forcing a third set at fourth singles and third doubles. Wayzata plays Mounds View for third place while Blake meets Rochester Century for the championship. Blake is in its first season competing in Class AA. Singles and Doubles play begins Thursday at Baseline Tennis Center for Class AA and Reed-Sweatt Tennis Center for Class A.
