Wayzata Boys Tennis Sweeps Maple Grove 7-0
The Wayzata boys tennis team completed the regular season Monday with a 7-0 win over Maple Grove, the Trojans’ 11th sweep of an opponent this season.
The Trojans lost no sets and just 10 games in the seven matches to improve to 14-0 on the season. Maple Grove is now 13-8.
Both teams begin play in the Section 5AA team tournament Wednesday.
Wayzata is the number one seed while Maple Grove is seeded third.
The 5AA team final is scheduled for next Tuesday.
