Maple Grove Girls Lacrosse Wins Section Title
The Maple Grove girls lacrosse team scored the final three goals of the game to beat Elk River/Zimmerman 4-2 in the Section 8 championship game.
Courtney Leising scored two goals while Maddie Bast and Becky Goetsch each scored once to give the Crimson (15-1) their sixth section title in school history.
Maple Grove plays in the state tournament starting June 16th at Stillwater High School.
