Maple Grove Girls Lacrosse Wins Section 8 Title
The Maple Grove girls lacrosse team beat Buffalo 9-8 to win the Section 8 title.
The teams were tied 6-6 after a good first half.
They traded goals to start the second half before Maple Grove took the lead for good.
Tristana Tatur had three goals and two assists for the Crimson.
Emily Herdine added two goals and an assist.
Callie Stumpfi and Emma Carlson each scored three times for the Bison.
It’s the fourth straight trip to state for the Crimson.
