Maple Grove Girls Lacrosse Wins Season Opener
Ella Olson scored four goals while Leah Muscatello and Sosie Van Wyk scored twice each as the Maple Grove girls’ lacrosse team beat Centennial 11-6 in both teams’ season opener.
The Crimson trailed 2-0 early in the first half but rallied to lead 6-2 at halftime.
Maple Grove finished 10-4 a year ago and return their top four scorers off that team.
The Crimson host defending Northwest Suburban Conference champion Andover on Monday.
