Maple Grove Girls Lacrosse Routs Osseo/Park Center 20-5
Maple Grove’s girls lacrosse team pulled away from Osseo/Park Center early as the Crimson went on to rout the Crocs 20-5.
On a windy and cold night at Maple Grove, the Crimson’s Sosie Van Wyk scored 49 seconds into the game to give Maple Grove the lead for good.
O/PC got as close as 3-2 but the Crimson scored nine of the next 11 goals to lead 12-4 at halftime.
Van Wyk and Jamie Stolp each scored five goals for the Crimson. Megan Van Curler added three goals and three assists while Ella Olson scored twice with two assists.
Presley Kraemer scored two goals for the Crocs.

Maple Grove (1-0) hosts Elk River/Zimmerman in its next game April 25th.
Osseo/Park Center (0-1) plays its home opener Wednesday against Blaine.
