UPDATE: Woman Dies of Injuries in Robbinsdale Sanborn Park Shooting

Robbinsdale police have announced that a young woman, one of two victims in a double shooting case at Sanborn Park, has died.
Police continue to seek the public’s help to crack the case.
The shooting happened on Sunday, May 4, at around 9:20 p.m at the park, located on the 4200 block of Drew Ave. N.
The woman, believed to be 19 years old, was shot in the head and was listed in “grave condition.” Police announced on Monday night that the woman died of her injuries at North Memorial Health Hospital in Robbinsdale. Her identity will be released in the coming days by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office, police said.
The other victim, a man believed to in his 20s, was shot and suffered “serious” injuries, police said. His identity has not been disclosed and there’s been no update on his condition.
No arrests have been made.
Robbinsdale police are seeking exterior camera footage near the park on the night of the shooting between 8:30 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. that may provide clues.
“Information that may seem insignificant to you could be of paramount importance to them,” said Robbinsdale police Capt. John Elder in a press release.
Officers have also notified neighbors in the area with leaflets hoping to gather information.

Elder said if video files are too large, they will send someone over to pick it up or send you a link to submit it.
