New Mexican Restaurant To Open in Plymouth
A new restaurant is coming to Plymouth that neighboring businesses say is much needed.
Fuego Mexican Restaurant plans to open in space in the Waterford Park Plaza strip mall near Cub grocery store.
The new restaurant, located at 10100 6th Avenue, is taking over space that was previously Taco Teresa’s.
“We are happy to see them open,” said Clint Carlson, who has neighboring offices near the shopping center site. “I think there’s a need to reopen that location and more restaurant space is needed in the area.”
The Plymouth City Council approved an on-sale liquor license for the venue at its April 22 meeting.
Fuego Mexican Restaurant will offer full table service with wait staff.
It’s not yet known when the restaurant will open.
