Nupa Mediterranean Grill Plans Maple Grove Opening
A new Maple Grove restaurant is opening soon in The Village at Arbor Lakes shopping center.
Nupa Mediterranean Grill is a quick-serve concept offering salads, soups, pita sandwiches and other Mediterranean food items.
The concept currently has two locations in Rochester.
Lead owner Theodore Paizis says the Maple Grove project has taken eight months to come to fruition.
Customers of Nupa Mediterranean Grill order from a counter and staff will deliver the food to their table. The Maple Grove City Council also approved this week an on-sale wine and 3.2 beer license for the venue.
Paizis told the council that he hopes to open the Maple Grove restaurant, located at 11850 Elm Creek Boulevard, next week.
