Workout Warriors: Cole Fredrickson
Our Workout Warriors series features Cole Fredrickson of Champlin Park.
The senior is a football player for the Rebels.
Fredrickson says that he and his teammates started preparing for this season the day after last season ended.
Champlin Park has a series of scrimmages at Minnetonka Saturday.
They open the season at home against East Ridge August 29th.
