Wayzata’s McAndrew Commits to Creighton University
Wayzata all-state boys’ basketball player Jackson McAndrew announced that he will attend Creighton University in Nebraska.
The 6’9” wing averaged 17 points and eight rebounds per game last season as the Trojans won the Class 4A state championship.
Two weeks ago, McAndrew announced he had narrowed his selections to four schools: Creighton, Notre Dame, Xavier, and Wisconsin before choosing the Blue Jays on Tuesday.
Creighton finished 24-13 last season and reached the Elite Eight.
