Wayzata Girls Soccer Set for Playoff Push
The Wayzata girls soccer team hopes to make a playoff run in what’s been another strong season for the program.
The Trojans come into Tuesday evening’s Section 6AAA semifinal against Rogers with a 14-1-1 record.
Wayzata is rated second in class AAA.
Their only loss came against Edina in late August in a rematch of last year’s state title game.
The winner of the Wayzata-Rogers game advances to Thursday’s section final, which Wayzata would host if they defeat Rogers.
