Wayzata Girls Soccer Routs Armstrong
The Wayzata girls soccer team routed Armstrong 10-0 Thursday in the quarterfinal round of the Section 6AAA tournament.
Dana Bruer scored three goals while Ana Munyon and Megan Smith added two each for the Trojans.
Wayzata (10-4-2) scored four goals in a span of three minutes and two seconds in the first half to jump out to an early lead.
The Trojans host Minneapolis Washburn in the section semifinals Saturday at 1:00 pm.
