Wayzata Boys Lacrosse Returns to State
The Wayzata boys lacrosse team is returning to the state tournament.
The Trojans beat top seed St. Michael-Albertville 6-4 in the Section 8 championship.
The Trojans trailed 3-2 after three quarters but came on strong in the fourth.
Thomas Seyfert scored the tying and go-ahead goals for Wayzata and netted three in all.
It’s the fourth straight trip to state for the Trojans.
