Providence Academy Girls Soccer Edges Breck 1-0
Maddyn Greenway’s goal with just over three minutes left gave the Providence Academy girls soccer team a 1-0 win over Breck Tuesday.
Lydia Grajczyk’s crossing pass set up Greenway for the sophomore’s 28th goal of the season.
Goalie Audrey Steeves had 9 saves for the Providence.
The Lions (9-0-1) are ranked second in the state in Class A behind Minnehaha Academy.
Breck, a state tournament team a year ago, falls to 1-6-1 with the loss.
