Park Center/Columbia Heights/Maranatha Baseball Wins Big
The Park Center/Columbia Heights/Maranatha baseball team pulled away to beat Cooper 13-3 in six innings Monday.
PCM scored single runs in the first and third innings to go up 2-0. After Cooper tied it 2-2 in the top of the fourth, the Pirates responded with four in the fourth and five in the fifth on the way to the win.
Nolan Schneider was 4-for-4 with a walk and four runs scored for the Pirates. Adam Aasen has three hits, while Beau Bratsch had a double and a triple for the Pirates.
PCM is now 3-1, while Cooper drops to 1-5.
