Cooper Baseball Beats Brooklyn Center
The Cooper baseball team scored seven runs in the fourth inning on the way to a 14-0 win in five innings over Brooklyn Center Friday.
The Hawks scored two runs in the first and two more in the third before the fourth-inning eruption.
Tyler Allen had a two-run inside the park homer in the inning while Cole Peltier had a run-scoring triple.
Jack Berry (three innings) and Wyatt Dean (two innings) combined to pitch a shutout for Cooper.
