Maple Grove Softball Set for State Tournament
The Maple Grove softball team is set for the state class AAAA tournament.
The Crimson won the Section 5AAAA title and carry a 22-2 record into state.
Maple Grove is the number two seed and faces Edina in the quarterfinals Thursday morning at 9:00.
The tournament is at Caswell Park in North Mankato.
This is Maple Grove’s eighth trip to state, all since 2006.
