Heritage Christian Baseball Loses State Tournament Opener
The Heritage Christian Academy baseball team lost 3-0 to Parkers Prairie in the state class A quarterfinals in St. Cloud Thursday morning.
The Panthers scored a pair of runs in the second inning on an error and a base hit. They added another on a sacrifice fly in the fifth inning.
Parkers Prairie lefthander Dylan Debilzen outdueled Jonah Moulton of Heritage Christian.
Debilzen scattered six hits and struck out six to earn the shutout.
Moulton allowed four hits and struck out for the Eagles, who dropped into the consolation bracket.
