Champlin Park Volleyball Wins State Title
The Champlin Park volleyball team won its first state title Saturday.
The Rebels beat Eagan 25-18, 25-18, 21-25, 22-25, 15-12 to earn the Class AAA title.
It’s not only the first volleyball title for Champlin Park, it’s the first team title in any sport for the school.
Izzy Ashburn, Kaitlyn Weimerskirch, Emma Schmidt, and Jordan Stalpes of the Rebels earned all-tournament honors.
