Champlin Park Volleyball Sweeps East Ridge in Top Ten Matchup
The Champlin Park girls volleyball team earned a 3-0 (25-17, 25-19, 25-11) sweep over East Ridge in a match featuring two top ten teams in Class AAAA.
The Rebels came into the match ranked tenth, while the Raptors were ranked third.
Champlin Park got big kills from Rylee Inman and Kyra Belleson late in the first set to take a 1-0 lead.
An ace from Tessa Magnan and kill from Lucy Howe late in the second set gave the Rebels the win.
The third set was all Rebels with Inman recording a team-high 15 kills on the night.
Champlin Park is now 7-2 on the season and will face Coon Rapids on Thursday.
