Champlin Park Volleyball Returns Experience, Talent to Court
The Champlin Park volleyball team brings back plenty of talent from the one that finished 24-6 a year ago and runner-up in Section 5AAAA.
All-state outside hitter Carly Gilk- still only a junior- is one of five girls who saw extensive playing time in 2022.
The other returning starters are Reese Axness, Katherine Adler, Kaitlyn Erickson, and Lily Riese.
The Rebels are ranked second in the state’s pre-season poll and face two other top five teams in the first week—Lakeville North and East Ridge.
