Champlin Park Volleyball Plays Role of Underdog in 5AAAA Final
The Champlin Park volleyball team theme this year has been “fearless.” It’s that kind of attitude the Rebels will take into the Section 5AAAA final Wednesday night.
The Rebels are 24-6 and ranked third in the state but are facing a Wayzata team that’s 30-0 this season and has won the last three big-school state titles in Minnesota.
The players say that staying disciplined on defense, concentrating on ball control, and serving will all be important for the Rebels as they try to take down the Trojans.
