Champlin Park Girls Lacrosse Falls to Andover in Section Final
The Champlin Park girls lacrosse team fell 14-4 to Andover in the Section 7 final.
The Huskies scored the final four goals of the first half to break a 2-2 tie, taking a 6-2 lead into the halftime break.
Champlin Park never threatened in the second half as the Huskies pulled away.
Andover won the regular season meeting over the Rebels 10-9, but the rematch was not nearly as close.
Andover advances to the state tournament for the first time.
