Champlin Park Football Team Rolls Past Rosemount
The Champlin Park football team rolled past Rosemount 34-7 in the state class AAAAAA quarterfinals.
The Rebels dominated the second half after leading 13-7 at halftime.
Their defense shut down the Irish in the second half, holding them scoreless.
Champlin Park quarterback Jaice Miller ran for three touchdowns and threw for two more.
With the win, Champlin Park advances to the semifinals.
They will face defending state champion Lakeville North Thursday night at U.S. Bank Stadium.
