Champlin Park Football Team Ready for State Quarterfinals
The Champlin Park football team is ready to hit the field for the state quarterfinals.
The Rebels take on Rosemount in the Class AAAAAA playoffs Thursday night at Park Center.
Champlin Park won a physical, defensive battle 16-7 over Prior Lake in the second round last Friday.
The Rebels defense held the Lakers to 227 yards of offense.
They now face a Rosemount team that knocked off perennial power Eden Prairie in overtime last week.
