Champlin Park Baseball Shuts Out Park Center/Columbia Heights/Maranatha
The Champlin Park Baseball team shut out Park Center/Columbia Heights/Maranatha Christian Academy on the road Wednesday 8-0.
Neither team scored in the first three innings of the game.
The Rebels got on the board on an RBI single in the top of the fourth from Nick Carlson. Later in the fourth, Rhys George delivered a two-run single to left field.
Carlson went the distance and threw a complete game shutout for Champlin Park.
The Rebels are now 5-2 on the year. Park Center/Columbia Heights/Maranatha falls to 6-2 with the loss.
