Catching Up With Former Hopkins Track Star Joe Fahnbulleh
Former Hopkins track star Joe Fahnbulleh is preparing for the Tokyo Olympics, where he’ll compete for Liberia.
Fahnbulleh won the NCAA 200 meter outdoor title for the University of Florida this spring.
He was a two-time state high school champion in that event for Hopkins.
Fahnbulleh has family in Liberia and was asked last fall if he would consider running for that nation.
He chatted via Zoom with Jay Wilcox of CCX Sports.
