Benilde-St. Margaret’s Softball Beats Park Center in Section Play
The Benilde-St. Margaret’s softball team pulled away for a 6-1 win over Park Center in the Section 6AAA tournament.
Freshman Maggie Wozniak hit a three-run homerun in the fifth inning to increase BSM’s lead to 4-0.
The added two insurance runs in the sixth to help put the game away.
Makenna Dugas hit a solo homer for Park Center’s only run.
Benilde now moves into the winner’s bracket final Tuesday against Delano.
Park Center plays again Monday in the loser’s bracket.
