Benilde-St. Margaret's Routs Wayzata in Section Boys Lacrosse

Unbeaten Benilde-St. Margaret’s rolled to an 18-1 win over Wayzata in the Section 5 boys lacrosse semifinals Monday night.

Robby Hoyt scored 12 seconds into the game to give the Red Knights the lead for good.

Dylan Parker scored four goals in the game while Gus Bell and Carsen Brandt netted three each. Brandt also added five assists.

The top-seeded Red Knights (15-0) host Maple Grove (14-1) for the section championship Wednesday at 4:30 pm.

B-SM is the two-time defending state champion.
