What’s Next for Maple Grove’s Gravel Mining Area? New Development in the Works
The Maple Grove Planning Commission recommended approval this week of the next phase for the Arbor Lakes Business Park, which includes two 200,000-square-foot businesses that would bring as many as six businesses and 340 jobs to the area.
The buildings would look similar to the two buildings directly east of the property on Elm Creek Boulevard and Zachary Lane. The company Illume is in one of those buildings.

The developer told the planning commission the two proposed buildings are almost fully leased out.
