State Patrol: Alcohol Involved in Brooklyn Center Hwy 252 Crash
A woman suffered life-threatening injuries after the minivan she was driving crashed early Monday in Brooklyn Center.
The crash happened a little before 1:30 a.m. Monday on southbound Highway 252 approaching Interstate 694. Three children and a man were passengers in the Honda Odyssey minivan. The children, ages 6, 10 and 11, are expected to be okay, though the 6-year-old girl was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The man, Arnold Parson, 40, of Brooklyn Center, was not injured.
The condition of the woman, Marie Radcliffe, 34, of Minneapolis, is not yet known.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the minivan crashed into barriers on both sides of Highway 252 before coming to a stop just south of 694.
The State Patrol listed alcohol as a possible factor in the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
