Latuff’s Pizzeria To Add Breakfast with Expansion
Latuff’s Pizzeria, the oldest restaurant in Plymouth, is planning an expansion.
The extra space will allow it to add breakfast to the menu.
“It will be a very special kind of breakfast,” said Quang Nystrom, owner of the restaurant, at this week’s Plymouth Planning Commission meeting. “If you’ve heard of Pannekoeken Huis, it might be Latuff’s Pannekoeken instead,”
Added Nystrom, “Now, the pizzeria is not going anywhere. This is just adding breakfast.”
Located along Highway 55, Latuff’s Pizzeria has been around since 1971. Nystrom purchased the restaurant in April 2024 from the Latuff family.

Thin-crust pizza remains a staple at Latuff’s Pizzeria.
According to city planning documents, the restaurant is proposing a 1,000-square-foot addition for extra cooler and storage space. The storage addition would help free up kitchen space, the documents showed.
Nystrom said the seating and dining area would not expand.
In addition, The parking lot will also be reconfigured.
The Plymouth City Council is expected to decide whether to approve the expansion plan at a meeting later this month.
