Free Comic Book Day Is This Saturday
A New Hope comic book store is getting ready for an influx of customers this weekend looking to score some free comic books.

Rockhopper Comics and Games will be handing out free comics to anyone who walks through their doors on Saturday as part of free comic book day.
Store owner Mike Wadlund says the annual tradition generates excitement for readers unfamiliar with comic books and long-time fans.
“I think a lot of people have been reading comics for as long as I have,” said Wadlund. “They treat the characters as their own personal friends.”
Rockhopper Comics and Games in New Hope taking part in Free Comic Book Day.
Mike Wadlund says there’s 50 different comic book titles available for free.
The first Free Comic Book Day was held on May 4, 2002.
