Mayor’s Minutes: Robbinsdale’s Brad Sutton
New Robbinsdale Mayor Brad Sutton made his first appearance on CCX Media’s Mayor Minutes segment with Dave Kiser recently to talk more about his goals for his new term, ways residents can get involved in city government, and the new city website.
“For the most part, I want to make sure residents know they’re being heard and have a place to go, and find information through the various resources the city offers,” said Sutton. “But also I want to be seen and available to residents to receive feedback.”
Sutton encouraged residents to seek out opportunities to serve on the city’s various commissions, including: human rights, seniors, charter, planning, and parks commissions. There is more information on the city’s website.
The city also upgraded its website.
“Great work done to enhance communication,” said Sutton. “I want to make sure residents can access information about the city. It’s smoother, it’s more accessible.”
