Crystal Mayor Jim Adams says “it’s crunch time” for the city in regards to coming up with a budget.
“All the cities in September are certifying their levy rate, so how much taxes will increase or decrease or stay the same will be determined this time of year," said Adams. "It’s a great time to engage with your city council and find out where you are at because doesn't become final until December, so they do have some wiggle room to make some changes,” said Adams.
