Maple Grove Sets Course for Future with Strategic Planning and City Goals

(CITY OF MAPLE GROVE) – Every two years, the Maple Grove City Council and department directors meet to establish new goals for the city.

The following areas of focus have been developed for the 2026-2028 timeframe:

“It feels like, this time, it’s kind of bigger, strategic items,” City Administrator Heidi Nelson told CCX Cities. “I guess I refer to it as fine-tuning our operations now that we’re probably 85 percent built-out here at the city, and so now it’s about projecting towards the build-out of Maple Grove and how do we fine-tune our services as we move towards that area.”
