Workout Warriors: Olivia James
Our Workout Warriors series features Wayzata’s Olivia James this week.
Track and field athlete James was on two relay teams that placed at the state meet for the Trojans.
She will be a senior in the 2019-2020 school year, and credits her weight room work for improving her speed.
