Workout Warriors: Jenny Kray
Our Workout Warriors series features Jenny Kray of Armstrong High School.
Kray is an alpine skier and throws the shot and discus for the Falcons’ girls track and field team.
She’s overcome some injuries to excel in her sports.
Armstrong coaches say Kray is a great example for younger kids because of her work ethic in the strength and conditioning program.
